Went for emissions testing. Staff was pleasant and got my emissions complete 1-2-3. Emissions testing was on left side of building.
DO NOT GO TO HERB'S FOR AN EMISSIONS TEST. While there was a line, each test should only take 10 to 15 minutes maximum. That being said, the wait time should have been 45 minutes or so. Instead, the employees left those of us trapped in line for 2 plus hours!!! When I got to first in line, I realized that the worker performing the test was the cause of the hold up, taking breaks in between cars while others waited in line like I had. Terrible treatment of the customer! Would not recommend to anyone
Quick nice performance. Accurate and efficient. Will do business with when needed. Great guys nice staff they care about their customers which is hard to find in auto places now a days
