Eric Stevens is 100% correct! I have taken my car here twice for transmission issues. The first for a rebuild and the second under warranty for the torque converter. Both times things were broken and I was never told. I understand that sometimes things get broken on vehicles due to age. That is fine, but I would have appreciated being told. The manager Reggie was a jerk and a liar. The mechanics were lazy too. How do you run a business and not have a single mechanic there when you open? The guy showed up after being called on the phone. He had clearly just rolled out of bed.

After doing a job with the transmission on my car with them, after few months my car was back with the same problem, it has warranty however its taking them a month to do the job and get my car back to me, after saying it was only 2 weeks and ofcourse im paying for a rental, ofcourse they dont care bacause they are not getting pay for this job. I post this a month ago and they still have my car it looks like they want to still the car by now, I should just give them the tittle, btw Daniel email doesnt work, i try send him emails since he is the "owner" but it did go. Bcareful w this palce and they are not even regriter w BBB
This shop is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to automotive repair. They are professional and have a genuine desire to help people. I would recommend this shop to both my friends and family!
HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS AND DONY HAVE mechanics their all the time always no one their or one person just not up right shop and company is a total rip off when it comes to prices so i dont recommend anyone here
I had Transmission problems. They rebuild it. It took 5 days; when it was returned. The engine service light came on 6 hours after I picked up the vehicle. I will still having problems with the truck. It was under warranty.
