I have been a happy customer of Hoffman Audi since 2010. Steve Steller is the sales associate I have dealt with. Over the last seven years, we have purchased four new Audi's from Hoffman. I just took delivery of a custom ordered 2018 A6. Steve is great to deal with. He know the product, is informative, responsive, and not pushy. He kept me up to date with the status of the A6 I ordered including when it went into production and when it arrived at the U.S. Port of Entry. When I took delivery, he took the time to review the car's operating features and followed up with a couple of days later to be sure I did not have any questions. Steve is a true professional in auto sales.
They did a great job, convenient shuttle service to downtown. Alex took the time to answer my questions about a service item I need to wait on, and provided me a detailed accounting of what they did and the cost. Car is humming again and I am a happy customer. You get what you pay for, their customer service was superb and their Audi techs really know their stuff. In the long run you will save money going to the professionals, these guys were worth the money :)
Only thing that I would like Hoffman team to improve is present the better & honest price quote to customer at first meeting itself.

Before finalizing to lease vehicle from Hoffman, I checked leasing quotes at different Audi dealerships and found there was considerable difference in price. But I appreciate that Hoffman team later considered my findings and gave better deal by price match.
