The only one recommendation I have is to the sales manager. Stop the old school closing game. If you tell the sales person you want to think about it for a day or two then leave it at that. There is no need for me to wait a while longer for you to then try to close the deal. Trust your sales associate's. Specially when you don't negotiate price. That's the only thing that will push people over the edge sometimes and get them to commit that day.
I had a wonderful experience buying my new Grand Cherokee through Gengras. Allie helped with the purchase and went above and beyond in not only finding my dream car but making sure that I got it. She was super friendly and was not pushy like other dealerships I’ve been to, but listened and made the process very enjoyable. After taking delivery I later discovered that a part was missing. He had the parts department ship out a replacement saving me a trip back to the dealer. The whole process was easy and painless.

My husband and I were looking for a winter vehicle for me to drive this winter as my car was pretty bad in the snow. We went to several dealers and did not find anything until we went to Gengras. Devin Booth sold us a beautiful used vehicle. His sincere and helpful advice was very much appreciated. He was straight to the point and did not waste any of our time. We loved the fact that they have a price set on their vehicles and there is no back and forth with offers and counteroffers. By doing it this way, we knew ahead of time what we could afford and could go in there and look at those vehicles that were in our price range. Devin was very patient with my husband who wanted to go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Seeing we went to the dealership after work and pretty close to their closing time, Devin didn't make us feel rushed and told us to take whatever time we needed to check the vehicle out. My experience with Gengras JEEP has been excellent. I loved working with Ally (Sales), Blake, Matt (Financing) and Matt (Manager). Their no haggle pricing is great. I shopped around, so I know I got the best possible deal and a super low interest rate. They even gave me an awesome trade on my old 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor!
Went there due to them being one of the only local places having the model I was looking for. Others offer to locate one, but why bother when I can see this one now. Scott Tesla was helpful showing me the vehicle I was interested in. He helped save me a little money by informing me that they could get a lower interest rate than I already had locked in. Usually my credit union is the lowest.
The folks at the dealership continue to be very helpful. Ally recently picked up merchandise I ordered just before the shop closed so I could get it from her during her late evening shift.
