I just ordered a dinner box with extra wings. However to my surprise there was a piece of hair in my pizza. Good thing I check my order before the delivery driver left. I was very disappointed with the way that the manager handled the issue. He was beyond rude and did not try to be of any help. I returned the order and was told everything was going to be made fresh which it wasn't at all.Management needs to be train better.
Is this place even open??? I went earlier this week around 7pm and it was closed. Snow on the driveway was not plowed.
Don't waste your time ordering here. Employees are rude and they can't even get the order right.
I had to order two times. The first time my bread sticks we're cold and had hair on them. The stores kind of a mess. The second order was good tho.
Picked up a carry out order tonight and employees plus manager were great even when deal with extreamly rude and entitled customer. Guy kept wanting money off or a deal because they were out of pan pizzas. They handled situation appropriately and calmly even though guy was a complete d***. I was able to pick up and pay very quickly once d***head was done being an entitled brat. Definatly will return.
