My fiance and I were able to leave the same day with a new car. At no point did we feel pressured by anyone to purchase a vehicle (which we were expecting). Jhonatan was wonderful; he was patient and made sure we were comfortable and wanted for nothing. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. We will most likely be buying any future vehicles from Enterprise.
The car that i rented had very bad vision with the mirror when it rain took me 2 extra hours to arrive at my destination in Virginia. Had to kerp stopping and pull to the side of the road to clean the mirrors so i could see. The vision was cloudy and trouble to see.Didn't get the money value i spent at my hotel i stayed at. Or couldn't go do what i had plan to do due to the time i arrived there.So this was a very bad time and money wasted.So i hope the next customer that rent this don't have this problem.I truly feel deeply in my heart my 500.00 i spent on this renter was a very very waste of my money. My family told me that i should have returned the car when it frist started on the Jersey turnpike.This just was a bad Christmas trip for me
I think my expirience with enterprise has always been good, until the last time i needed their services. I have so far changed my mind to say they are working to stay at excellence. From timing to getting me into a rental, using positive customer relation, and making sure all of my questions were answered gave me the satisfaction to say id definitely choose their services again. Thumbs up!
Day before was given a hard time about my documents. But of course when i arrived my headache the night before was unwarranted cause i had the proper documents. Great drive bit when it came time to credit back my 250.00 deposit that took a phone call. So be careful thwy don't try to rip you off.
They get you in and out quickly, and are courteous and helpful. I've rented here twice and won't hesitate to use them again for another upcoming trip. Plus, when you return a car, they offer a drop off service (for nearby locations, of course).
