I like my bank a lot even if they disappoint me all the time! Yesterday was the final blow, mean, I opened my account in Texas and so Wells Fargo had me drive from Boston to Connecticut to have my issue resolved. Two hours drive alone, the first I want to use is a bathroom and No, they don't have that! The manager was happy to advise me to go to CVS instead even if it was raining, since the one they have is for employees only!! A fellow woman like me!! If you understand what a lady bladder goes through, you would let me use a bathroom, after all I drove all the way to get an issue resolved which issue by the way was Wells Fargo 's mistake!! So for this, I give you 2 stars because might be back and will need a customer bathroom /restroom!!
